How is CWS different?
Our primary goal is for you to feel heard and seen. Dr. Goldstein will work with you, rather than dictate to you, in order to craft an effective, safe, and sustainable roadmap for you to achieve your health goals. To CWS, you are not just a patient, you are a partner in your own health journey.
Do I need to meet specific qualifications to join CWS?
All are welcome at CWS! We evaluate each patient individually and provide care in a way that’s both safe and effective.
How will I meet with my healthcare provider at CWS?
All of your appointments with CWS will occur virtually over a HIPAA-secure video service.
Do I need to be a resident of a specific state to be a patient?
At this time, CWS can only serve patients who live in Colorado, Wyoming, or Nebraska.
How will my provider know about my medical history?
Before your initial consultation, CWS will ask you to provide relevant medical records, which we’ll upload to your HIPAA-secure patient portal. Dr. Goldstein will explain exactly what he needs, and you’ll also have the chance to share any additional information you’d like him to review as part of your care.
Do I need a referral to become a patient at CWS?
You don’t need a referral to join CWS. All are welcome at any stage of their health journey.
Does CWS take insurance?
At this time, CWS does not take insurance for your healthcare visits. Your insurance may cover medication costs, depending on your coverage. Dr. Goldstein is happy to go over the options and process with you during your initial consultation.
How much does it cost to be a patient at CWS?
Concierge plans start at $250 per month. Family pricing available upon request.
What kinds of medications are used for weight management?
As of 2025, the FDA has approved seven medications for weight loss. In addition, doctors often use several other safe and proven medications off-label for weight loss. Dr. Goldstein will partner with you to find the right treatment to support your goals.
What will my medication cost?
Medication costs vary based on the specific medication, insurance coverage, and the sourcing pharmacy. Dr. Goldstein will go over all the details with you.
What if the prescribed medication doesn’t work for me?
You are a unique individual, your health journey will be too. No medication or medical intervention works for everyone- and that’s ok! CWS will continue to partner with you in finding a holistic treatment plan that will work for you, not just in the short term, but for the long term.
What kinds of psych conditions does Dr. Goldstein treat?
Dr. Goldstein understands that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here are just a few of the conditions he treats with compassion and expertise: anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and more.
